Razer abyssus issues

Hello there, hopefully I can get some insight as to what is causing the problem with this mouse. Im using a steelseries mousepad with my mouse and from time to time the mouse will just spazz out and go in all sorts of directions when gaming. I have tested this the best I can by drawing lines in paint to show what is happening which can be found here http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/254/unledyb.png the jagged lines happen randomly. Any ideas?

Any dirt or fluff on the bottom?

Nope, I recently cleaned the pad and wipe under the mouse now and then to get rid of dust.

I can only suggest then getting it replaced under warranty if there is any left.

Is there a firmware update available for the mouse?

Try another usb port.

Checked for updates there doesn't seem to be any. I have reinstalled the driver and tried another usb port still no luck. Looks like I will have to find the warranty.
