Razer Deathadder 2013 problems

Hey, the last couple of weeks i've been having some problems with my new Deathadder.

It seems to :

Randomly disconnect

Just not work at all (pc won't detect it, unless I restart multiple times)

Lock up in BF3 and keeps spraying.

Any ideas? I've heard it could be a driver issue but i'm not really sure what to do, since I can't find any older versions of synapse.

I heard you need to update the firmware for it.

Any idea where I could find a firmware update? I can't seem to see it on Razer's site.

Is they anywhere inside the software for updating the firmware?

Battlefield 3 does have some control issues anyway with certain devices occasionally I get a lockup with my keyboard it's a sidewinder X4. Razer Synapse 2.0 is really good and they sorted out the lag on startup thankfully :-)

Managed to sort out the firmware, had to hold the mouse buttons then unplug it and replug it etc.

Hopefully this will fix it.

Thats good did it install a update? I know this mouse because RivalXfactor on youtube dont a video about it other week and was saying about firmware update.
