Hello,

Not sure if this is the right place since there is no mouse mat section.
I'm a bit confused so was wondering if anyone could clear this up for me, I'm about to buy -> http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GS-002-RA <- and in the spec it says "Speed surface for high sensitivity gamers" it also says the same on razer's website.
The problem tho is when reading a review about which mat would be the best for me i came across a picture of the packaging -> http://www.virtual-hideout.net/reviews/razer_mantis/P6295600.JPG <- but on the packaging it says "Control surface for high sensitivity gamers", so i'm not sure if speed is for low or high sens.

Could anyone who owns a mantis mat clear this up for me.

any reason u want this mat? i would reccomend the razer exact mat that is duel sided for speed and control. when matched with the wrist rest seems a very goiod set up!
 
I have the control version which I prefer because of the friction. when I play games like FPS's I use short quick controlled movements rather than long speedy movements across the other side of the mat. When I tried the speed one it was just too smooth and frictionless for my liking. I think it comes down to personal taste.
 
Using the Speed mat here, and although I have not tried the Control mat, I still think this one is one of the best purchases i have ever made... to a point obviously... after all it is just a mouse mat :)
