Proof that Razer are out of touch! Over-priced, over-marketed and under-supported.

Only time I owned a Razer product (a £140+ mouse) it went wrong in under 2 years and they refused to offer me any kind of support/repair/credit/replacement. AVOID THEM!

Wow £140 mouse??!! Razer products have poor build quality because of the materials

One of the original Boomslang 2000's many years ago before Razer were such a big name. Back then they had very poor support with obviously no concern over their companies image. :mad:

Really ??? Anything to back that up ? As in other brands use higher grade materials ? Poor build quality as in they get a higher percentage returns compared to other brands ? Or just a got feel based on no evidence whatsoever ?

I had a Razer mouse and left button beoke with in 3 months freinds did too their evidence!
Same freind had a second one and threw it into a wall after looking a cs match and it was fine so make of it what you will

I have a Razer mouse under my bed, it's tatty and worn out, the middle wheel doesn't work properly and the Mouse 1 and Mouse 2 have lost most of there feel.

Compared to my G500 the build quality is atrocious.

Really wouldn't recommend the newer Deathadder to anyone, had nothing but problems with mine after only a few weeks.

Also had a Carcharias headset which was a piece of rubbish also, their keyboards are okay but for mice and headsets i'd stick with Logitech / Steelseries.
