Razer Tarantula - help needed!

I've purchased a Razer Tarantula recently and am having difficulties with it working.

The problem centers around the keyboard not responding upon boot and thus I am unable to get into my login, access bios etc etc.

The lights on the keyboard come on and off, almost as if it is powering up and down which is strange as it is fully connected to working usb ports on my computer.

Could this be a simple driver issue I am overlooking? I've installed all the latest drivers for the card, I did eventually get it working after many attempts yet it has failed on me once again upon booting up this morning.

Please help, RMA is such a hassle where I live! :(

You dont need drivers for it to work as a normal keyboard but you will to enable all its features.

Check your bios.
There should be an option for enabling "usb legacy devices" or somthing to that effect.
Also try a different usb port in case there's a faulty one.

I see, I'll give that a go asap and get back, thank you for the help.

I'm 100% sure my usb's aren't faulty as I've tested them all with mice and my other old keyboard multiple times, just the Razer having difficulties unfortunately.

Fingers crossed it's the bios setup issue!
