Razor Deathadder Faulty Button

My mouse has a faulty right button, when I press it once it presses twice!

I bought it from OCUK in Feb 09, can anything be done?

Its only just started doing it, but its getting worse.

It should have a years warranty, but it might be classed as wear and tear. Best to phone them.

I had a razer mouse develop a faulty button after about 10months as well. Will be replaced by OCUK or razer themselves (some bint in germany!)

Get it replaced now, the RMA process takes 3-4weeks.

Should be under warranty.

The scroll wheel on mine is very sensitive, I think it's faulty though i'm not sure as someone else mentioned this too.

my scroll wheel started playing up yesterday. Second razer in a year to start doing this. Might just need some cleaning so I'm going to use some compressed air on it later.

What is the issue exactly ?

I'm to scared to RMA mine incase they send it back and charge me for it.

When they agreed to replace mine, razer instructed me to either a) send the mouse back or b) cut the usb dongle off the end and send it with the sticker containing the serial number from the buttom back.... dont see how they could refuse to replace it after doing that!

there's a sticker behind one of the buttons or have I misread that?

The issue is that when using the click function on the scroll wheel it sometimes opens up 2 tabs rather than one in chrome for example. Essentially it sees a single click as a double click. But it hasn't happened in couple of days now. If it gets bad I'll RMA.
