Has some interesting videos. edit - in fact google is full of them. If they managed it in 2008 for DCs last race (and well, 1994 for Blundell) what's stopping them doing it now, years later?

The 3rd one down, the Surfers Paradise race on the link I posted appears to be. To the left of the eye inside the visor. To be honest, with regards to the actual construction of the helmet it would be difficult to mount a camera 'inside' at eye level because it would mess with the structure of the helmet in terms of safety. If they could do like the picture above at eye level that would be good. Or possibly mount one right above the visor, central.

This is the only helmet cam I've seen that properly gives a driver's POV, the height and positioning looks spot on - just could do with a wider FOV lens. No idea on the setup used to achieve this though.

They should definitely have that in 2012, not that i'll be watching then anyway :o

if f1 2011 wasnt designed to work on consoles it would probably look like the C.A.R.S game :P

If F1 2011 wasnt designed to work on consoles it would lose a vast amount of it's market and they wouldn't have the budget to make it look as good as it does :p

C.A.R.S. does look pretty sweet though :D
