OcUK has used it for 2 years now, hasn't reduced fraud.

Thats interesting but also dissapointing to know, because the company I work for is in the process of rolling out 3d secure at great expense. Does you're bank still send chargebacks through or have they taken on liability for them?

Oh yes, there is liability shift for sure. You still need to work hard to stop fraud though, if your fraud is above your industry average you can get still get chargebacks. Any half way competent anti-fraud measures will keep you well below that though.

We got these from HSBC for business banking, you press a button on it and it generates a code, no need to put a card in it or anything.
