RC ... planes?

Hi all!

I'd love to get into flying RC planes - as a pc geek i'd majorly love the electronics side of it I think - anyone got any links to any good forums etc? Know the cost of a 'starter kit' ?

I'd recommend you start with a electric "foamy" as almost indestructable. Then get a nitro trainer...eventually working up to 200mph deltas.

Don't buy a £3000 turbine for your first model. You'll fly it for about 10 seconds.

Cool thanks - doya know if theres a kind of slightly more complex starter sort of thing - something that something electronicy I can fiddle with but not too expensive to start with?
