I wouldn't bother too much about the Weapons or the chocobos (which, let's face it, only really lets you beat the Weapons). Even the limit breaks - Meteora(?) will see you through, and you get to see omnislash at the end anyway, so no worries.

Just wondering, as i'm gonna start this again after kotor. I hate using guides, but in all serioisness is there any way to get vince without using a guide? I remember somthing like you had to walk around the mansion in exactly the right amount of steps, and press all the right things.
I did it without a guide on my first playthrough, I was quite young at the time too so should be easy to do,
Just finished it this time without a guide and have everything so far, just need to kill emerald weapon

Sad to see this thread had fallen to about page 4!
Just had two weeks in Egypt with this on the PSP. Cloud is now Lv99, all other characters bar Tifa extremely close.
Ultimate Weapon defeated.
Final attack + Phoenix on all three characters just in case! 2x KOTR as well. Was a productive holiday.
Just got to go and beat the other weapons now. Haven't bothered going completing the game yet. Might do later.
For anyone that is levelling characters, just get 2x EXP Plus and master them on the magic pots in the Northern Cave. Your characters shoot up to level 99. When you face two magic pots, you get 16000exp. With a master EXP Plus, that doubles it to 32000exp. Crazy!

I have Yuffies, All Creation right?? But whenever I try and get her to use iy (Go to item, select it, select Yuffie) she says "Nope! I don't get it!!" and it's making me sad!!!
Do I have to have both of her level 3 limit breaks first?

I'm not sure if you need both, but you definitely need one of them.
I'd advice going for a Gold Choco before you go to the battle arena. Whenever you win a race, take the GP instead of the item, this way you'll have more than enough GP to work up some time in the arena.

13 hours in and ive just completed the first disc (thats with knowing what to do, completed the game twice before), they simply dont make games like this anymore .
