I got my finger buzzing to buy now. Quick before i change my mind!

My spec
Win 7 (soon to be)
Q8200 @ 2.8
4 gig of DDR2 PC-26400C4 800MHz Ultra low latency duel channel
1 HDD
1 DVD
560GTX (probably)

What PSU will power this lot? The cheapest, nothing over kill. I know my spec might not be able to full use the 560GTX, but its there for further upgrades.

Thanks.

It's usually better to get a better base (mobo/CPU/RAM) and a cheaper gfx card than to do it the other way round. After all the gfx card is the easiest to upgrade. Why not get a decent sandybridge setup and something like a GTX460. You can always upgrade the gfx card later instead of having to upgrade the rest.

I'll let some of the more experienced speccers tell you which model to get but in the meantime try plugging those parts into here and working out your max power draw. From there it's just a case of getting a PSU from a reasonable brand with enough wattage headroom.

have a look at the BeQuiet Pure Power L7 530W, or maybe a little more for the XFX Pro 650W Core Edition '80 Plus Bronze'.

you'll be wanting to oc the CPU else you may as well stick to a 9800gtx or the like ;)

what's your budget and do you plan on xfire/sli in the future? if it's only a single graphics card then around the 550w(decent brand not cheap no name, hiper etc) or if you want a bit of headroom for future upgrades then a 650w(antech, corsair, seasonic etc will be able to handle upto like 570/6970 sli/xfire(tho not if you plan on heavily overclocking the CPU and cards), for sli/xfire minimum would say 650w but for peace of mind/headroom a 750/850w.

in terms of brands look at antech, corsair, seasonic(tho ocuk don't sell them but antech, corsair, xfx and others use seasonic oem but just rebrand it).
