Nice spec, id personally switch to this motherboard though, and just buy an additional wireless card.
Any particular reason why you need vista ultimate ? Most people just buy it and have no actual benefit from it.

That spec seems to tick all the boxes. As above there's no GPU so if that isn't intentional you'll have to sort that out. I quite like the P5K motherboard and I think you'll like it very much.

Vista Ultimate is a rather expensive thing. If you aren't absolutely sure you need all the stuff in Ultimate consider getting Home Premium.

Yep I have the GPU already.

DavidB the reason I choose for the Deluxe mobo was the WiFi and it is also meant to accomodate the large cooler I've choosen easier.

Am I right in thinking it comes with a ethernet connection as well as the WiFi?

It comes with dual gigabit Ethernet ports.

I'v just built a very similar spec, see sig.

I have to say its huge step up from my old P4 system.

No need for Vista Ultimate unless you want the extra few Business features, which the Home Premium doesn't have.

OCUK just told me my RAM won't work on that mobo. Does anyone have a link to the same mobo that works with DDR2 RAM?

I'm not sure why they said that. As said above though the Abit IP-35 Pro seems to overclock slightly better and after my multiple Asus P5N-E Sli fiascos I would always go with Abit over Asus.

It should also fit your HSF fine unless you've heard otherwise. I've not heard of people having trouble fitting large HSFs to it.

The standard Asus P5K took 4x1GB of Geil RAM for me without any issues.

Yeah, I would go for the Abit IP35 Pro. You can definately put the Ultra120 Extreme in it as I have got that combo.
