One last question. Will I have any network problems regarding a normal windows laptop and the windows-emulation on bootcamp? ie Lan gaming?

Doesn't that still require a full (non-upgrade) copy of Windows XP to start with? Also, were Microsoft idiots so that you have to install XP first before running the Vista upgrade, or does the Vista installation just ask for a valid XP disc/serial number?You can get the Educational Upgrade version of Vista Home Premium for £40-ish if you look around (incl. Google Checkout discount). If you're only going to end up using Windows for gaming though, might as well stick with XP, for now at least.
