ReadyNAS Duo (Diskless) 2tb support?

I think the only to find out if to ask on the Netgear website and maybe someone there has one with 2TB. if you find out please let me know. I'm planning to upgrade my Buffalo Linkstation Live 1TB to 2 x TB in RAID0 mode.

I've sent them a webnote but hopefully someone on here will have one. I'll post back when I get a reply.

Have a look here.

Thank you for choosing NETGEAR. My name is Mohan and I will be your Support Engineer.

I understand that your concern is too know whether RND2000 supports 2 TB Hard drive. I will be working to assist you in resolving the issue you described. Since we are doing this online it may require a few email exchanges before we can resolve the issue. I will do my best to help resolve your case at the least possible time.

I am sorry to inform you that the total capacity of the hard drive which can be used in RND2000 is only 1 TB.

Please do visit http://kb.netgear.com for any technical queries regarding NETGEAR products.

Doesnt look promising.. :(

I'm going to order a 2tb regardless and let you all know after christmas for definate.

If not it can be the start of a new build.. :p

I'm pretty sure I read on the Netgear site somewhere it supports up to 1.5TB, so 2 x 750Gb drives.

I have 2 x 500Gb sitting in mine, keep meaning to put it on MM as I never use it.
