When they were younger yes, but Portman far surpasses Knightly in every way these days.
As for the OP, when watching Mr Selfridge, I totally though Mary Louise Parker was in it!

I always get Leonardo DiCaprio and Matt Damon mixed up.

They look nothing like each other!
I know. I'm sure when they both became famous, the public were constantly confusing one for the other and vice versa. It became a running joke
First of all, posts with no pictures is just a waste of everyone's time. We are not going to google every post, let's agree on that.
Secondly:
Prosopagnosia. Complete face blindness. That's what you all suffer from. None of these people even remotely look like each other. I mean - Damon/DiCaprio/Wahlberg, that's not even ballpark/vaguely similar. Not in build, not the face, not voice, not even hair.

Think of it this way:
You are casting actors for a movie about Pete Doherty, wouldn't Sam Riley be perfect for the job?
You want someone to play younger Bob Dylan, how about Adam Sandler?
On with rough similarities:
Sarah Hyland ("Modern family") and Mila Kunis ("Ted") could play younger and older sister in a family movie.
Michelle Williams ("Dawsons Creek") and Carey Mulligan ("Drive") could also play sisters in a movie
Right? So let's try again guys, we can do better.

Take away the facial hair from Matt Damon and they look the same:
I was really confused watching The Departed the first time because I kept getting the two of them mixed up. Same with Pachino and DeNiro in Heat although they don't look alike.
