Hmm front looks nice, but i was hoping they'd completely revamp the "im a grown up micra" bubble look. At least for a while these will have some road presence instead of, "Oh, ANOTHER audi TT "
I reckon this new one they **** make purely a 3.2 biTurbo or something crazy instead of having 1.8t and a couple others, purely for street cred reasons. I understand the TT is a decent handlng, well built convertible/roaster type thing, but for me they really lack a certain something, and perhaps in the right colour the new ones might actually make me look twice. For me its like having a 316, or a brand new base spec kia, because its new.
I have to say, I saw some pictures a few months ago and thought it looked awful, these pictures are better quality and I dont think it looks half as bad as the first picture made me think it was going to be.
Do like the inside of the current TT though (*Braces Self*)
Hmmm the front would look nicer if it didnt have the gargantuant IM AN AUDI AND YOU BETTER KNOW IT grill......its like got the same rear end as a cls as somebody else said and the same sort of side lines.....the one along the door to make it look fat!
Nicer than the old one in my books anyway. Also agree with the other guy on a 3.2Biturbo,i hate seeing some male tart in a 1.8 think hes the dogs when you just look...see one exhaust and laugh.
Looks like a combination of the old TT design with a new Audi corporate grill/grille and focus lights... not my cup of tea tbh, but the little wing on the back has gone .
Below the roofline, reminds me of a Merc CLS, which is fine, but I think the Merc is distinctly yuch.
The real question is whether it's any good to drive. The existing TT is meant to be a good safe cruiser, but no sports car. So will the new one be any better?
