Real Quick 'Lost' Question

Well explain this to me then. In Episode four - Every Man for Himself. About 3:39 mintues in Ben storms in while whats her face is speaking to Jack and says "The Sub is back and we have a situation" What does he mean when he referrs to a "Sub"?

So he does. Dead on 3:39 too.

the "sub" i think refers to the group that went to take on jin sun and the iraqi fella..... cos later it shows them bringing back the bird with gunshot wounds
