Really Annoying TV Problem

I got given a 32" LCD TV made by Acoustic Solutions All is well until sometimes, when the screen changes, it buzzes really loudly. It seems it only does it when there is a lot of black on the new picture.

I've checked google but all solutions are for a constant, quiet, buzzing sound.

Any ideas? It is really starting to **** me off.

Try turning the contrast/brightness to max. my old lcd had this problem.

Tried the same with the backlight? try turning them all to max or min and listen closely.

More than likely a hissing capacitor, or an overworked regulating resistor on the power or scalar board. If it's under warranty, get it sent back.
