My brother-in-law claims he doesn't get affected by hot sauces so I want to get him the hottest one I can for Christmas. Any recommendations?
This is about the hottest sauce you can get. Its equivelent of eating freash Nagas at around 1million scovils.

Thats if you are evil.
That would just be pure pain.
For comparison
Jalapenos are about 7000 scovilles
Scotch bonnets around 250,000 scovilles
Ghost chilli 1,250,000 scoviilles

has anyone here actually tried this sauce? i have been given a bottle by the fiance and want a bit of a heads up or an idea of its pain:taste ratio....
Also got a hot snack mix of some ghost pepper pork scratchings and some naga peanuts. quite tasty but funny to pass around the office and watch the reactions....
Anyone know a good sauce that either doesn't contain vinegar or you can't taste the vinegar in it? I had a good ghost chili sauce on a burger while out the other day and it was really hot, but also had a nice taste to it. I've found most normal store bought hot sauces just use the vinegar to give it a bit of a tang, no real heat or spice to it.
also, anyone tried :Blair's Q Heat Collection Habanero Mango / Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper? they any good?
Are you talking Supermarket sauces? Tabasco and Nandos etc? They're all pretty disappointing.
I'd recommend Who Dares Burns for a first proper hot sauce. Not the hottest, but miles more potent than the supermarket ones and a nice flavour. Not a vinegary taste at all.

This is exactly why I wish a sauce had to state it's Scoville rating.
