I have just installed another 8800gt running in sli and i got the same 38fps which i did with one card. Just upped the clocks and it dropped down to 30fps on the crysis bench test. My cpu is a 6600 running stock at the moment. Is there something im missing out?

well it says it is all enabled and gpu-z shows too cards. the driver is the updated one from the nvidia website and on the benchtest it says sli down the side

ran crysis on one card and got 35fps so there must be something wrong with the sli. I have a msi p7n diamond board is there some setting i have to change?

just to add to this i have noticed on the device manager there is a problem with Nvidia network bus enumerator (which underneath says other pci bridge device), standard dual channel pci ide controller and sm bus controller. If that all makes sense. Yes all the power connectors are plugged in

In your nvidia control panel inthe top left corner click on the 3d settings tab, there will be a box for "show sli indicator", check it, when you run 3d applications you should see a green bar on the left indicating sli usage;)

i have not tried that but will it make any diiference as either way they are going to run to the lowest card?
