Hey guys,
Got a problem with my PC. Basically, my PC is just constantly restarting after the windows loading screen. I dont know what to do and I'd really appreciate it if any of you know what might be the problem! Trouble is my keyboard isnt working after the BIOS screen so I cant change the boot device or anything, or launch into safe mode (Keyboard works in BIOS, but not after bios screen?). My computer was really sluggish last night and wasnt working properly so I turned it off. Turned it back on this morning and this happens. Ill list what I have tried so far.

-I have 2 x 1GB sticks so tried each stick indivudally
-Using PS/2 on my keyboard
-Disconnecting everything other than power supply, keyboard and monitor
-Trying a different keyboard
-Turning off the power supply for about 10seconds then turning back on
-Resetting all BIOS settings

Think that is everything! Any ideas of what else I could try?

Um I don't understand why you can't change the boot device if your keyboard is working in the bios?
But what you are saying is you can't boot from the CD right? Because I think this is going to be the only way to fix it - either a repair install, full install or running something like bartpe to see if you can find out what is wrong.

Is the CD in the boot order at all?

Yes sorry I meant I couldnt boot off the CD. I changed the priority of the boot menu to CD while with the CD in, however it says "press any key to boot from CD", trouble is, keyboard doesnt work so can't do that even.

Also I run XP64.

Is the keyboard USB? You mentioned something above about PS2 but Im not 100% sure what you mean :)
