Hi,
Just a quick question:
I'm wanting to send an item back to Overclockers, but does anyone know if the address you send it back to is freepost? Or will I have to pay for delivery?
Thanks for any help!

If the item is faulty then you shouldn't have to pay to return it. If you have just changed your mind then thats different.

The address isn't freepost so you'll have to pay to return it.

If you're sending it back using the DSR because you've changed your mind then you won't get the return postage costs back.

If you're sending it back because it's faulty then once the fault is confirmed reasonable postage coats should be refunded so make sure you have a receipt.

Oh ok, it's not faulty I'm just wanting to return it. Guess I'm gonna have to pay postage then :D

FYI:
