OK so I have always had really good download speeds from Torrents. For some reason though the latest couple of days have been really really slow. Like 10-20 kB/s max
I have switched ISP recently, and yes, they do try and throttle P2P download speeds. However I followed the guide for uTorrent and it worked fine. Usual average download was about 500-600 kB/s (my connection max is roughly 800 kB/s).
So does anyone know why things have suddenly gone so slow? I would really appreciate any help or advice as this is completely killing my Torrent experience
