This will be a nightmare with the watercooling but is it possible to assemble for a boot test outwith the case?
I had something similar in the past where it would not boot in the case but assembled on a cardboard box, It would boot fine.
I also had to do this with my loop. I was not booting after I had built the entire thing and had to drain and remove the electronic components to diagnose. I had bent pins and had to repair them before it would work.
I will now always check I can boot before I put it into the case and build the loop around it. I have a small tower cooler that I place onto the cpu just to test I can get into the bios, temps are fine for the minute it takes to test everything is being detected.
