hi all,
I'm after a little troubleshooting if possible please.
I purchased an ultima raptor from overclockers-
System Specification
- Case: Antec Dark Fleet DF85 Gaming Case - Black
- Power Supply: Corsair TX 750W
- CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 Six Core 1090T Black Edition 3.20Ghz overclocked to 4.00Ghz
- Motherboard: Asus Crosshair IV Formula 890FX
- Cooler: Corsair H50 CPU Cooler
- RAM: Corsair Dominator 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz
- Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 16MB Cache
- Graphics Card: Saphire 5870 card
- Optical Drive: LG DVD+/-RW SATA Drive
I also had a corsair f40 ssd & a Western Digital Caviar Green 2TB drive.
The system boots and seem to run fine. If however, I leave it on say overnight, or whilst I'm in work when I return I turn my monitor on to a screen saying 'reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot drive and press a key.'
If I power my system down and restart the fans and everything start like normal except there is no video output or power output to my usb keyboard and usb mouse. The only way I can get it to come back on is to remove the psu cable for a few seconds plug it back in and power it up again.
I then get the message where it tells you windows crashed last time and asks if you would like to start normally etc.
Any advice would be appreciated?
Thanks in advance.
Tim
