Or unless you are buying a 7 series apparently. Strange.

i believe the reason they dont accept orders is due to the buyer demographic of american buyers.

A lot of americas lease cars rather than buy them dont they ? as a result i'm told this leads to a lot of cancelled individual orders as people shop around and generally chop and change all the time.

When you buy a lease car in the US, you dont need to end the lease to sell the car, you just find somebody else to take it over and swap.

I presume that your typical 7 series buyer is less likely to cancel than say a 1 series or 3 series owner who probably changes their car more often.

I dont think it has anything to do with leasing - it's simply because when you place a deposit for a car order in the UK, it is a legally binding contract for the supply of that vehicle.

In the USA, you have rights to change your mind after the deposit is placed. Therefore there is a much higher chance of random cancelled orders kicking around.

So you were nearly right :p I always thought they offered it for M Power though, obviously not.

knew it had to be something like that

i guess canada gets it because they have a similar binding legal agreement system on deposit like europe ?

wheels look spookily close to

No doubt the quality of work and attention to detail is top notch but I'm sadly not that impressed by it, I guess that's probably down to seeing so many mega build/refurb and restore projects.

Not liking the wheels either! lol at the venom photo!

I wouldn't have thought as much as that?

It doesnt

i've already priced most of the stuff up in a post further back

Says in thread it cost $250k all in I think, Might have read that wrong.

"it" didnt say it. Somebody guessed and commented it was $250ks worth, but they're talking crap. $60,000 worth of mods. Tops. See :

That is truly stunning, inside and out - Love that engine work, looks fantastic with the bonnet up! Would love to know how much this cost to do, just out of interest/ comparison to the aforementioned Ferrari

522BHP at the wheels :D Gotta be fun...

ESS Stage II is $18,695 from ESS tuning in Norway.

No idea of UK price as the UK distributor doesnt quote a price, but gives you a ball park figure to work with. In comparison the G Power 600bhp supercharger kit is sold here for £18,700 Click Me and G Power is german. So i reckon about the same for the norway based ESS kit.

Budget say £6k for a proper respray inc. labour of stripping and refitting it.

Brembo 380mm Six Pots are £3500 (front brakes and parts only) (Click Me), Akrapovic Titanium Exhaust is £4,200 (Click me) BBS FI's will be a couple of grand. Plus assorted carbon fibre.

Budget say for another £30 - £35,000 on top of the original purchase price for everything.
