Hi all, I;m in the market for a new PC. This next upgrade will have to last a while - I dont mind to odd little upgrade like more memory etc, but noting expensive.
I need the following:
CPU
MoBo
CPU cooler
RAM
Gfx Card
PSU
case
LCD monitor
This PC will need to be quiet and there are a few thing that i do want.
The first of these is the TOP gfx card - I have never had the opportunity to go in at the top, and as this has to last me, i think now is the time to do it.
Next is a 24" LCD screen, I will be using it for Photoshop and WoW and FPS games. Have seen the Dell 2407 FWP (or something like that) that looks good.
Case wise i have seen a Zalman quiet case - but i havent seen any reviews of it OCUK do sell it, and i think its about £250 = which does seem a lot but if its silent then its worth it for me.
Lastly is the budget, i have £2000 to spend, i dont need any HDD's of DVD drive and i have mouse and keyboard.
Please let me know what you can come up with.
I have only had AMD before, but I hear that the Intel C2D are a lot better than the equ8ilivent AMD dual cores.
