Happened to my friend here in the UK. Although there was a creepy note attatched "hope this gives you more enjoyment than your BF".

And it was the second of two sent in the same year.

Not Amazon, but I once received 5 identical model warplanes from an eBay seller around 2010. I knew it was eBay because the outer box had a big eBay sticker on it. There wasn't an invoice inside though and no indication who the seller was. I can only presume that I bought something off them before, then my address stayed on file and someone else's order got mixed up. I gave it a month in case anyone contacted me about it and nobody did. Afterwards, because the planes were identical (presumed job-lot), I sold them separately and got about £5 + p&p for each one.
