Received negative feedback on eBay

Just move on, honestly, do all the moaning you want eBay won't remove it. All you can do is respond. I see negatives left because delivery took 5 days and not 3, it won't harm your reputation when someone reads your reply.

Well I received an email back from them and unfortunately they won't remove it. They've just advised me to leave a comment on it. Ah well!

Don;t get me started on EBAY.

I just bought a Sony bluray and it was listed as "brand new, box opened to check contents only, unwanted gift". £25 saving on new from shops so fair enough.

When it arrived it has all the labels peeled off, the batteries are in the remote and the instructions are missing.

I contacted them and said I was considering retuning it as it clearly isn;t brand new and she says she made it clear in the advert that the box had been opened.

After numerous emails, she just can't grasp the difference between brand new and used. She said she lost the instructions when checking the contents :rolleyes:

She has even said that if I decide to return it then I best not use it and she will not accept it back if it has been used. :rolleyes:
