If you placed an order and more than 1 item or the wrong item is delivered you are meant to phone the company and let them know. They then have x numbers of days to arrange collection. If they haven't in that period it then becomes yours.

Huh? It's stealing, even if it's from some huge nameless conglomerate. They sent you something you didn't buy. It's like being given too much change by a cashier at the store. Keeping is is theft and it's wrong.crashuk said:keep it, its from a large company they never lose out.
