Received wrong product from the rainforest

I ordered a wedding card using my prime account, but the card was not in the package upon delivery.
Instead it was a book,"The Thursday Murder club" by Richard Osman. My account shows that the card has been "delivered" shortly after taking delivery of the book.

It wouldn't surpise me if they get the odd order wrong here or there but its never happened to me and i've never heard about it.
Anyone had a similar experience?
 
Did you order it from Amazon or from someone selling on Amazon? Usually cards are third party sellers.

I ordered a £100 power bar for my gym and receive the wrong bar.
Was told to return it and reorder. Again the same wrong bar was delivered. So returned and told to reorder again the same wrong bar was again delivered. Was then told to keep the wrong £100 bar and was given a £100 refund and to wait a week before reordering. What happened was the bar was put in the wrong bay in the Amazon warehouse in Germany so I kept on getting the wrong bar delivered.

*Bet that was hard to read all I can see is the word BAR bar,bar bar...

It's a tech site, ReBAR is perfectly acceptable.
