Hi I recently purchased this build and I only started to put it together late this evening, Fired it up and I get this error below.
"windows has encountered a problem communication with a device connected to your computer.
This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB drive while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as a hard drive or CD-ROM drive that is failing. Make sure any removable storage is properly connected and then re-start your computer.
IF you continue to receive this error message contact the hardware manufacturer."
I then took the hard drive out of my PC in my signature below and plugged in and in booted to windows and worked fine no problems!
So this must be a dead hard drive? now I'm no expert and presume I need to do nothing to the hard drive but plug it in and switch on the PC?
