Rechargeable tyre inflator?

So I have a wired Ring inflator which is great but a bit of a faff having to plug it in each time.

I had been looking at the below rechargeable models but do any of you have experience with these? Are they more suited to bikes and airbeds perhaps?

Would be so much handier for topping up pressures but not much grunt otherwise I guess.

I have a good tyre gauge for checking the pressures and always have done.

But when they need a top up, I had thought something cordless might be handier

I think I may go for the Ring model I linked above.

Will keep it indoors for topping up and hold on to the wired one in the boot.

It did cross my mind that the lithium-ion battery may not play well in extreme temperatures

Ended up buying this one. Will do rightly for topping up. I prefer the ‘trigger’ type valve attachments.

Ring have the screw type valve attachment and the air just pours out as you remove it. Never understood that!

It could well be! It’s a race to unscrew it as the air is escaping as I remove the connector.

Not sure why they went for that design. I prefer the old trigger valve connectors as I call them
