Got a letter through today, NIP from WM Police

46 in a 30, says it's supported by photographic / speed detection evidence device but no evidence with the letter.

Need to fill in a form and send it off, what can I expect?

According to the pepipoo calculator you are still within the limit of a fixed pen, so it'll quite possibly be £60 and 3 points.
