Take 1 R5 GTT
Shoehorn a Williams 2.0l lump into it
Strip all interior and strengthen shell
Add throttle bodies and lary cams, and fully balanced bottom end
Slam it to the deck

Et Voila!

Looks like fun, but its still only an R5...Hold on, let me guess, doing this is 'allowed', but shoehorning a 2l XEV engine into a Nova and doing exactly the same to it would be seen as 'wrong'?

I don't think many people have a problem with putting that engine into the Nova I think most people have issues with the Jap styled bodykits etc

Not wrong, but it's a little passe these days. Every man and his dog appears to have an XE engined Nova around here.
