Hi guys! I have a load of cooked chicken in my fridge that really needs to get used up tonight, its starting to get a bit dried out. (I cooked too much at once the other night)

Anyway, I was going to go for a good old Chicken Curry (can't go wrong right?) but then I thought perhaps the fine ladies and gentlemen of OcUK might have a slightly more interesting recipie I could use it in.

Any suggestions? Obviously they should use chicken as an ingredient. :D Quick to prepare gets bonus points.

Ah, I should mention that theres no big breast bits left, they got nommed already, its just pretty much a pile of all the rest of the chicken of 2 whole chickens.....and a very bloated doggie who nommed all the bones. :D

Any reason? You can buy cooked (i presume) bones in petshops... Those manky blackened beef knuckle ones

flake the chicken, make a white sauce with onion and sweetcorn and serve on rice. it is so easy, but such a great tasting comfort food.

Here's another:

Chop some garlic and chillies, make up a tempura batter, drop in the chillies and then dip the chicken in and deep fry in wok.

Serve with a sweet chilli dip.
