Could anyone recommend a good CPU block other than the ones from EK.

Ive been looking at a few and unsure which one to go for. The Phanteks Glacier looks tempting but as its new i'm unable to find any good reviews on it comparing the block to others currently on the market.

I've used both the raystorm Pro & the EK supremacy.
Both excellent blocks, I'd recommend them both, but ended up choosing the EK.

Check out the alphacool iceblock xpx, they look good, may get one myself soon

Thanks for the suggestion, I ordered the Raystorm pro from Overclockers last night as I need to get my build done this weekend.

I had planned on putting a spare EK supremacy block to use but EK were being unreasonable about some extra fittings I needed expecting me to pay 1 euros for 4 screws with 6 euros added shipping which is fine but then refusing to let me add some additional items to substitute some of the shipping cost (spare backplate, fitting kit and cpu plate). How hard is it to bung 4 screws into the parcel??

I decided to cut my losses and just avoid purchasing from EK again, hopefully XSPC has good aftersales support.

Cool, let us know how you get on with it, I have the Raystorm (non Pro) on my 4770K, but I'm looking into getting another block for my dedicated benching rig

I put the XSPC block on and I couldn't be more happy with it.

Im on a 4690k, with a mild overclock of 4.5ghz the temps are good at 1.29v. This is even without a delid.

Thanks for the recommendation!
