Recommend a pocket hdd

I'm lookin for a teeny tiny pocket hdd.

Over 10Gb, preferably 20Gb
Small as poss, to fit in my pocket
USB powered
Not too pricey


Something like the Seagate pocket hdd's, but they only go upto 6Gb.
