Recommend me a cheap Android device to use as a GPS Navigator

As subject really, obviously needs proper GPS. I purchased Co-Pilot back when I had a HTC Hero and figured I'd use that (or built in Google turn by turn).

Anyone got any recommendations?

I was thinking of something like that original Samsung Galaxy Tablet if it can be got cheap enough now.

I use my HTC Wildfire S for Co-Pilot works great, The google Maps one is also pretty good.

If you want cheap obviously consider the Orange San Francisco or Monte Carlo for a larger screen. Does the job just fine.
