Hi!

Im looking for a new desk to buy to replace my current desk as its too small, im preferably looking for one that'll flush in the corners (corner desk kinda thing) but open to other suggestions; so do tell me if you know another style of desk which you think i'll like! size isnt an issue, oh and preferably from ikea! :)

I'm also buying a new desk. Just got back from staples but the desk I want is out of stock. Going back tomorrow when they have more in.
 
^ thats actually a very nice desk, it also has the 2 cable ports which i like! ill give it a thought whilst other suggestions fall through... cheers for the quick reply! :)
 
Il be keeping a eye on this thread as i need a new desk, the one already post is very nice but a little to high for my price range so me interested to see any others
 
Make it yourself?

It'll cost about £50-70 for materials, and you'll have something to fit the space you want and it'll be super strong... (if you build it properly anyway, lol).

I've never found a decent desk to fit the space I have, or have enough workspace, so I usually cobble mine together.

^ LOL, im not a DIY person at all + im kinda lazy :D

I've seen a couple of desks i liked on that "Desk And Room Gallery" Thread, any other suggestions?

I tend to thump my desk in anger sometimes. Glass would be a big no no. :D

I am going down to staples today to pick up a desk that is %50 off (£60). Its an amazing desk for the price. Heres a pic of the desk I am picking up tonight. The one I am getting has a drawer in the middle just under where you sit.

£60 for that desk. Its a steal. :)

I have just gone from a large office sized corner desk to a smaller Ikea one, the corner one similar to the one posted further up was just immense, took up the entire room. Instead consider a normal desk but wall mount the monitor? Thats what i have done and its is much better.
