So I looking for a mouse, which is good with the palm grip and one that is comfortable even after long periods of time. I mainly play shooters and strategy games with the odd action game here and there. Any recommendations?

Deathadder is by far the best mouse i have owned, previous mouse was Microsft Sidewinder x8. Deathadder is usually found around £45 - £50 mark. It would worth the extra few quid, just make sure you get a quality mouse mat.

What is the durability like on the deathadder, because from what I have heard Razer products aren't very durable.

MX518 definately, had mine for like 7 years, been dropped on hard floors countless times and has taken quite a beating from too me but its still going strong. When the day comes and it breaks i know il be getting another straight away, if they still make them that is. :)

Dont let talk of the double click breaking on razer mice put you off one. I have owned a copperhead and a lachisis and this did not happen to either of them.
Couldnt go wrong with the deathadder or lachisis. Great mice. The logitech g400 or mx518 are also great shouts.

Vote for Logitech G400.

I've been far from impressed with the overall quality of Razer mice since I made the switch from Logitech. If I were to buy again Logitech would have my money.

Both of my Razer mice (Naga/Orochi) have developed the soft click/double click issue and requires some messing around to get working again. I'd RMA but the process from what I've heard is long (Unlike Logitech RMA) and I'll no doubt have the same issue again.

Only ever had 1 issue with a Logitech mouse (Peeling soft touch coating) and the Logitech RMA was spot on, I was able to keep the old mouse and had a brand new one turn up within 3days! That support alone is worth my money.
