So I've just completed the Witcher 3 and I am in the market for a new game. But nothing is screaming at me. Thought I would ask for ideas here. I'll give you a list of my favourite games of all time and happy to listen to any and all suggestions. Please try and suggest a game you might think I will like rather than a game you like.

List of all time favs in no particular order:

Doom 2
FSX
GTA (all)
Sim City 2000
Skyrim Elder Scrolls V
RUST
Duke Nukem 3D
Day of the Tentacle
Bully
Far Cry 3
Half-Life 1
Portal 1+2
Command & Conquer Red Alert

As you can see, quite varied. So not sure that will help per say. These are the games I've lost most of my life to lol.

obvious one, but prey?

cities skylines?
I actually own Cities skylines but I am waiting until I am 4K to play it. That might seem odd but I think it will be really well suited to being played at 4K so holding off on that one.
I'll have a look at Prey sure.

fair enough. Yes it does look good at 4k, but also at 1080p :)

I like all the games you do, I also enjoyed the two new deus ex games (dont listen to naysayers, they are fabulous, and its a real shame they didnt do so well in sales if it jeopardises the series). I also am enjoying the one-before-last tomb raider but not sure if its your style.

fallout 4? (if you loved skyrim..?)

Civilisation 6
New Doom
Diablo 3
Starcraft 2
Bioshock games
Metro last light

Going off your list I think you would enjoy any of those :)

Elite Dangerous: If you liked FSX it should be a lot of the same enjoying flying about a beautiful environment, but with the added bonus of trading, combat, missions, exploring, buying and upgrading ships etc.

Have a look at the recently released Strafe, a faithful homage to classic Doom, Quake etc.

They each have a completely different tone to the Portal games, but check out Antichamber, The Turing Test, and The Talos Principle.

I would recommend that you have a look at everspace - its a rogue-a-like crossed with freelancer - I've thoroughly enjoyed it when I've had time to fire it up.
