The specs on the Lian-li pages say 120mm at the front and 80mm at the back.
Get an Akasa Eclipse - it's a really spacious case. They use high quality PLASTIC for the front so it doesn't look like it was styled by a schoolboy with a ruler.
No messing about with will I/won't I get a 120mm fan at the back - it definitely has a 120mm fan port at each end.
It has a very easy to live with removable motherboard tray and the cable management is great - you can really hide all those cables out of the way.
And the build quality is every bit as good as the plain-jane Lian-Li's. It's the one the PC7 fanboys don't want you to see.
At the end of the day it's ugly compared to the PC7, it only comes in one colour, it's noisey, it doesn't come with fans despite being much more expensive and however tastefully done, the front is still plastic.
Edit: And no, the Lian Li specs don't say 80mm at the back, the 80mm is refering to the blowhole that the Eclipse doesn't have
