Recommend me a SSD

Good morning gentlemen.

My friend requires a new SSD, something along the lines of a 230GB size.
He already has one but requires extra storage and has space for an extra SSD.

His motherboard is a Sabertooth z77.

Were both pretty new to PC builds so we want to make sure you get the right SSD for that board.
Any help would be fantastic.

I'd look at western digital blue and corsair mx 500 if it was me I've used plenty in builds I've done also if you can stretch I'd go with the 500 gb minimum for storage especially if it's for games both have a 5 year warranty
