Recommend Me A USB Hard Drive

I'm looking for a 8Gb USB Hard Drive, with fast read and write speeds, that isn't too flimsy. My budget is £60.

Do you want a solid state device like a memory key which will give you the ruggedness or a mechanical HDD based device like Slackworth's suggestion that will give you more space?

I'm looking for a USB Memory stick, not an external hard drive.

Corsair Flash Voyager GT 8GB USB2.0 High-Speed Flash Drive (CMFUSB2.0-8GBGT) This one is £70 but nice and fast.
