Recommend me a VPN

I'm looking into trying out a few VPN's but thought I'd ask for other peoples feedback on any they might be using already and recommend a few vpn's. Any info would help thanks

If so then use OpenVPN.

expat shield, make sure it downloads expat and not hotspot, the downloader can be buggy at times.

Expat shield is slow, well it was for me.

I was using expat shield cp88 when you recommended it a few weeks ago but lately it just seems to be very slow :S
