Recommend me - best m.2 nvme drive to max full-drive write in thermal constrained usb enclosure?

Looking for:
full-drive writes (so i don't care about burst speed from DDR/SLC caches)
able to saturate (or come close) to the 1000MB/s of the Realtek nvme<>usb chipset
low-power, so it doesn't thermally throttle (and thus kill 'theoretical' performance)
capacity of 512GB-2TB (easy on capacity, curious on lowest cost per GB)

SK Hynix Gold P31 would have top level power efficiency if you can find one.

The anandtech article on the SN750 suggests the SK Hynix P31 gold may be even better in this role - though it is more expensive.

I wanted reccomend the P31 but generally it is difficult to find at good price or to find it available.

Unless component changes have changed that since Anandtech's review.

Probably now it uses 96L flash.

No, they have the same voltage (Vcc 2.35V to 3.6V and Vccq 1.8V).
