Recommend me some EarBuds?

Does anyone know of any earbud options for the hard of hearing?

I normally use headphones (wired and wireless) but I sometimes like to veg out without my hearing aids. As a guide, I have been using Sony's MH410C in-ear earphones that came with an old Sony-Ericsson phone that I had, as they are the only earphones that are loud enough for me. They fail every few years, so I just buy another pair off eBay as they are still being sold despite the old phone model. I have tried a couple of pairs of earbuds. One pair was my step-dad's, obviously cleaned before and after usage for hygiene and another pair I bought myself. Neither pair were loud enough for me.

Airpods Pro 2, I think these sound amazing and have worked faultlessly with Android, IOS, Steamdeck and my Switch.
Yeah my airpod pros were excellent (I use them with Android)

But the battery was getting bad on mine, and they hadn't announced a replacement when I was looking so I got the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro

Then 2 months later the Airpod Pro 2s were released!

The Galaxy buds pro 2 are decent but the airpods did fit slightly better.

I had the AirPods Pro’s and managed to get the Pro 2’s for a decent price from these very forums. I found the improvements to be worth while and gave my Pro’s to my wife, which she loves.

Managed to grab some:

Refurbished: WF-1000XM5 Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds,

Form the Sony Refurb shop for £150, hopefully these will be "as new"...

Thanks for all the advice.

Thinking of sending these back, as I can't get them to stay in my ears!
and, I might be expecting too much (based on having some "ear cup" noise cancelling headphones, but not impressed by the noise cancelling at all...)

Back to the drawing board! I guess the ability to stay in the ear while moving is my top priority!

I've got the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds II - Sound is very, very good. Battery life is good. Fit - not bad but I haven't got it right yet and they often fall out when moving around a lot - probably my fault.
Good app!

If I got the fit right I'd highly recommend them.

I've sent back the Sony's and bought some "Galaxy Buds Pro 2", got these new for ~£120, used a friends for a bit, it was the fit that convinced me to buy, very secure and didn't fall out...I don't think I'd notice a huge difference between these and any others (I'm 51 and have played the drums for years so doubt I have the best hearing!). I'm actually shocked at how bad the Sony fit was (for me), my friend tried them and had the same issues I did...

Thanks again for all the advice, much appreciated.

I picked up a pair of the Galaxy Buds FE off eBay for £30. There's loads in there in and around the £30/40 mark

Good reviews and on par with the Buds pro 2.

Have the soundpeats capsule 3 pro , anc, ldac got them in amazon sales for under £60 , great for airplane, gym, running. Very impressed

Earfun air pro 3

Silly name fairly decent until recently updated firmware made them sound ... different?

Bought on a recommendation from here.
My advice buy 2 or 3 pairs at once and return the 2 you don't like. It sucks but I wish I did it at the time.

I hear good things about redmi pro buds too.. the mostly out of stock ones.

I've quite a collection of wireless earbuds. But for myself I keep end up going back to my original Galaxy Buds which I got with my S10+ 5 years ago.

Not sure if it's my ears, but I find the lack of wings on the earbuds causes me to constantly worry about them falling out. I'm currently looking at the Buds FE as they appear to have the winglets/wings on them.

Got the Buds Pro, Buds 2 and some others. but I find they all have the same issue of falling out randomly. I even have to disable touch controls just so that I'm able to adjust them every so often without pausing music.
