Recommend me some memory

My current rig is below and I hope to buy Windows 7. I will be using two monitors and gaming with Flight Simulator X.

The current memory is cheap and runs fine with XP. Do I need 4GB for Windows 7 or would I see improvement going for 8GB? Should I spend a bit more to get more expensive 4GB RAM or less expensive and get 8GB?

As to 4gb v 8gb I remember reading a blog (think it was PC Pro) where the blogger said there was no noticable difference at this moment in time with more memory. Thing is you can always add more memory later if you think you need it so I would buy 4gb now and see how you go.

I use 8GB memory and I never go over 3GB in gaming. I only go over the 3GB mark if editing huge pictures or load videos into the ram.
