Recommend wirless router

Need something wirless for my Playstation and new laptop (not got it yet).
With virgin 20meg will upgrade to 50 when it comes available. Want to keep my Desktop wired.

Any suggestions?

Most will reply with the old Linksys WRT54GL(Linux).
I'd suggest a Dlink Dir-615/635/655.

I'd certainly recommend the Linksys WRT54GL (I have one myself). Excellent router.

However, you have concerned me with the Virgin 50MB upgrade. Wireless throughput on the g standard will only net you about 20-30Mbps max.

You may need to consider an 802.11n router (if the laptop is also capable) to ensure full whack download speeds on the laptop when the Virgin 50MB comes in. If not, then I'd go back to the original recommendation. Of course, whether servers can supply you with 50MB is another matter...

Thanks for the replies. I don't know if anyone has the 50meg service yet. I know its out there in certain areas. They have said it will available every where by the summer
